His research and advisory work focuses on the practical intersection of AI, sales technology, revenue operations, and sales execution, bridging the gap between strategy, operating models, workflow design, data governance, and change management.
Prior to Gartner, Paul served as Chief Revenue Officer at Prius Intelli, where he led go-to-market strategy across sales and marketing and helped enterprise customers operationalize high-resolution geospatial data. That role gave him an operator’s view into how organizations adopt advanced technology and AI in environments where accuracy, time-to-value, and cross-functional coordination are non-negotiable, and where ROI must be measured across distributed teams and outcomes. Earlier in his career, Paul held senior commercial leadership roles at Amazon and Gartner. He has deep experience building and scaling teams; designing segmentation and coverage models; improving sales productivity through process, tooling, and operating cadence; and implementing performance systems that translate executive intent into measurable execution.
