Mallory also spent a decade as a Senior Analyst at the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO), the U.S. Congress' analytic and investigative arm. At GAO, Mallory focused on leading studies on interagency collaboration, including evaluating the government's response to the H1N1 influenza pandemic.
