Josh Raymond is a Principal Analyst in Gartner’s Finance practice. He analyzes trends in FP&A transformation, finance business partnering, and decision-support operating models, with a special focus on how finance organizations can scale decision support through technology and capability diffusion. In his role, he advises CFOs and FP&A leaders on tool development, the future of business partnering and the evolution of FP&A from a traditional support function into an enterprise-wide decision-support capability.
Prior to joining Gartner, Josh worked in survey data management, supporting numerous federal contracts and research projects in public health and education.
