Henrique Cecci is a Senior Director Analyst in Gartner Business and Technology Insights, based in São Paulo. He advises CIOs and heads of infrastructure and operations on data centers and cloud strategy, workload placement, cloud economics, sovereign cloud, and AI infrastructure. His research helps clients decide where workloads should run, how to control infrastructure cost and risk, and how to prepare for the future of data centers, cloud, and AI infrastructure.
Mr. Cecci works with enterprises, governments, investors, and technology and service providers, combining a global perspective with deep knowledge of Latin America, and advising clients in three languages. He is a frequent keynote speaker at Gartner conferences worldwide, including Symposium and I&O events across the Americas and Europe, and has served as conference chair for Gartner I&O events.
Mr. Cecci's experience consists of more than 40 years in IT, including complex international businesses encompassing several industries. Prior to joining Gartner, he was the Director of IT Solutions at Dimension Data, where he was involved in developing numerous innovative client solutions. Before Dimension Data, he was a Technology and Infrastructure Manager at Citigroup, in charge of IT planning and operations for Brazil.
