Grace Myers is a Principal Analyst at Gartner advising CHROs and senior executives on questions related to: board communication, aligning HR strategy to enterprise strategy, AI's impact on managers, 2H26 CHRO risk management, executive development, and succession. Grace translates labor market and Gartner survey data into actionable frameworks to help leaders navigate workforce decisions at the intersection of business strategy, human behavior, risk, cost, and emerging technology. Grace has advised over 150 HR leaders, authored 16 Gartner research papers, and 2 HR Symposium sessions. Grace worked in the Customer Insights Research team of the Conferences division at Gartner, where she helped strengthen IT Symposium keynotes based on her conversations with hundreds of CIOs. She conducted focus groups, designed and analyzed surveys, and provided content feedback. She has a Master's degree in Psychology, with a focus on organizational psychology and research methods. Her experience helps CHROs stregthen their AI fluency for better CIO partnership. She has been working with AI since it was still called "ML" (machine learning).
