Prior to Gartner, I held senior leadership roles across infrastructure and operations, enterprise architecture and product strategy in financial services, life sciences, education, manufacturing and technology services. My work has centered on helping organization connect technology strategy to business execution in complex, regulated and acquisition-heavy environments.
At EVERSANA Life Science Services, I led infrastructure and cloud operations through acquisition integration, private cloud adoption, hybrid cloud strategy, DevOps enablement and Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) governance. I later built and matured the enterprise architecture practice, using business outcome-driven EA to help leaders connect market strategy, client needs, platform decisions and reusable capabilities across the Life Sciences business. This included work on composable business capabilities, patient services productization, low-code adoption, data products and platform rationalization.
Most recently, I worked in product strategy and operating model transformation within Wells Fargo Home Lending. I partnered with product, platform, data and design leaders to translate business strategy into value streams, capability models and product/platform execution, with a focus on improving flow, reducing complexity and connecting roadmap decisions to measurable outcomes.
