I am a Sr Principal Analyst with Gartner's HR Practice, and my work involves talking to and advising clients on key challenges, trends and innovations in the areas of HR cost and budgeting, people analytics strategy and HR technology strategy. I help CHROs and HR leaders to use Gartner benchmarks to assess where they stand and how they could improve, and also introduce them to relevant data that could validate their challenges or lead them to best practices.
My career has been research-heavy. Prior to my current stint in business research and advisory, I worked with both government and non-profit entities, leading strategy and research functions. I've been closely involved in policy research, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessments and strategy formulation and reviews.
