Angie is a high-octane leader with proven impact in crisis leadership and risk management, built on a foundation of operations experience. Following a high-profile train derailment, she was recruited by Norfolk Southern to lead their compliance, crisis management, and business continuity program transformations. As head of Operations for Colonial Pipeline Company, she held P&L responsibility and drove optimization efforts resulting in significant improvement to the bottom line. She has routinely advised Boards and Audit Committees on crisis response and enterprise-level risks.

Appointed by the U.S. Secretary of the Department of Transportation, Angie served on the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration’s Liquid Pipeline Advisory Committee. She has also served as Chair of the pipeline industry Safety Management System team and Chair of the American Petroleum Institute Pipeline Steering Group. She now Chairs the Association of American Railroads Compliance Committee.
