Franck is Executive Vice President, Chief Audit & Risk Executive, and has held this role since March 2019.
Franck started his career with Credit Suisse Group in charge of financing solutions for specific segments of Corporates. Then, he joined the Risk Advisory practice of EY and became Regional Leader of this service line, advising multi-national companies globally in a wide cross-section of industries in governance, risk management, internal control, and internal audit matters.
In 2010, he joined STMicroelectronics as Chief Audit Executive in charge of the Corporate Audit function. His scope of responsibilities was subsequently extended to Enterprise Risk Management and Resilience Management, including business continuity and crisis management.
Franck also served as Chairman of STMicroelectronics’ Corporate Ethics Committee from 2012 to 2018.
