Harshdeep Jolly is a technology and digital transformation leader with nearly two decades of experience in AI strategy, business transformation, and strategic partnerships. As Executive Director – Technology and AI Strategy at Al-Futtaim, he drives the Group’s AI and digital strategy, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance operational eciency, customer engagement, and business growth. In his role, Harshdeep is responsible for shaping Al-Futtaim’s AI vision, developing a comprehensive AI strategy and operating model, and executing key digital transformation initiatives. He also plays a pivotal role in scaling Al-Futtaim Blue, the Group’s customer engagement and loyalty platform, while building strategic partnerships within the technology and digital ecosystem. Prior to joining Al-Futtaim, Harshdeep spent over 15 years at Accenture Strategy, advising Fortune 500 companies, regional conglomerates, and public organizations across sectors such as consumer goods, retail, telecoms, and industrials. He has worked across UAE, US, Singapore, UK, Europe, and India and contributed to global digital policy development at the World Economic Forum. Harshdeep holds a Master’s in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
