Priyanka Anand has built organisations that outlast the strategies that created them.
Over three decades and four continents, she has built organisations and led them through growth, mergers and acquisitions, downturns and technological upheaval. As Vice President and Head of HR at Ericsson for India, South East Asia and Oceana, she leads the people agenda across 30+ countries.
She built Ericsson’s Global Delivery Centre from 1,000 to 15,000 people in four years, transforming its culture from a telco into an ICT organisation while retaining talent. She also helped build Ericsson’s HR GCC of 700 HR professionals across six hubs, serving 100,000 employees across 180+ countries.
A practitioner and scholar, she is completing doctoral research on Generation Z engagement and loyalty in Indian IT. Twice named ETHR’s Best HR Leader and SHRM’s CHRO of the Year, she is a Forbes HR Council member, with leadership certifications from Stanford, INSEAD and Boston University.
