Owen Marino is a Principal Analyst on the Cloud Platforms and AI Data Centers team within the Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) group of Gartner's Business and Technology Insights (BTI) function. His research covers priorities for the Head of Infrastructure and IT Operations related to automation, including Infrastructure-as-Code, SRE and infrastructure platform engineering. He has also advised clients on virtualization options and the virtualization market as a whole.
Previously at Gartner, Mr. Marino was a Senior Specialist in Research on Gartner's Infrastructure and Operations Peer and Practitioner Research (PPR) team. Prior to joining Gartner, he was a student at Boston College where he graduated in 2022 with a B.A. in Communication.
